Our tooling is done in house using the latest design software and CNC equipment for prototypes, prototype molds to high volume production molds. Our in house tooling department allows for quick repairs and maintenance to insert changes and/or modifications and mold revisions. Our tooling department is staffed with highly skilled mold makers with many years of experience and expertise. Having an in house tool shop also allows us to offer several types of secondary and assembly operations. We utilize CAD programs, CNC equipment, manual milling and turning equipment, EDM, grinding, welding, heat treating and polishing. We maintain all molds at our facility with regular maintenance, scheduled cleaning and repairs.
