The molding department works 24 hours a day to meet the demands and requirements of our customers. Our molding machines range from 50 to 300 tons using the latest closed loop process. We work closely with our customers and suppliers to help aid in the selection of plastic resins so our customers have the most successful products. Plastic materials are almost limitless today allowing much flexibility in pricing and availability. We use FDA approved materials to engineering grads that include UV inhibitors, Flame retardants, glass fillers and custom colors to meet the required specifications per product. Many parts are now changed over from metal to plastic for weight, corrosion resistance and cost. Having such a long standing relationship with our suppliers we easily help customers make the transition from one material to another with all certifications if required. We pride ourselves on customer relationships as we still have many of the very first customers from 25 years ago. Being in custom molding means we work with many industries including pharmaceutical, medical, filtration, geophysical, industrial, consumer products and many more.
