Coastal Plastics Molding, Inc. is a full-service
design engineering and manufacturer of injection
molded and thermoplastic parts, extruded tubing
and profiles. CPM applies more than 100 years of
plastics manufacturing and mold engineering design
experience. A myriad of diverse thermoplastic parts
are manufactured by CPM, ranging from the simple
to the very complex for a wide range of businesses
and industry. Experienced mold makers prepare injection
molds and extrusion dies. CPM's facility is complete
with high volume injection molding machines, extruders
and it's own tool shop for the production of injection
molds and extrusion dies.

In-House Design Engineering
Computerized design of all mold and extrusion dies
shortens the time from concept or customer drawings
to achieve precise tooling blueprints. This computer
expertise enhances machining accuracy, quality and
guarantees product repeatability. The computer staff,
mold makers and quality staff work together throughout
the mold making process to ensure quality.

Tooling
Mold

Plastic Injection Molding
CPM injection molds products for diverse industries,
including sports, general consumer, medical, computer,
electronics, general industrial and marine. Most
thermoplastics, including high performance engineering
plastics are used for these products.

Graphic Design and Printing
Our in-house graphic design allows us to create
company logos and artwork for your company to print
on existing products or promotional items. We offer
rotational screen printing as well as versatile
pad printing.

Quality control is a very important and vital department
to our company. Our quality control stands as an
independent department to insure our manufactured
parts not only meet the requirement set forth by
our customers but our own set of high standards
put in place through repetition and documentation
of every shipment.

Assembly and Packaging
Coastal Plastic Molding's plastics assembly and
plastics finishing department is second to none.
We start with plastic injection molded. Our manual
and production CNC mills and lathes provide finishing
operations such as turning, drilling and tapping
of threaded features. Our plastics assembly department
buffs and polishes parts by hand to insure the highest
quality.

Materials
We work
closely with our customers and suppliers to help
aid in the selection of plastic resins so our customers
have the most successful products. Plastic materials
are almost limitless today allowing much flexibility
in pricing and availability.

Stocking Programs
Stocking agreements are a unique customized program
to allow us to keep agreed upon stock level of products
for our customers. This allows our customers to
have a back up in place for those rush orders or
low stock levels.
